Rye Rotary extends a huge thank you to our special speaker last Friday, County Executive George Latimer for inviting us to hold our luncheon at his office in White Plains! Both he and County Legislator Catherine Parker were kind enough to share their time and speak to us about the workings of our local government and the multitude of responsibilities that encompasses. The Westchester Board of Legislators building is an impressive place!
